FFC – Functional Fitness Conditioning
This is the cornerstone of our training sessions. This component of our training is constantly varied in time, length, reps, movements, and intensity in all 10 fitness domains.

We hear all the time, "I could never do that!” the truth is, you don’t have to do “that”, you just have to do what you “can”!
If a person is fit, they are healthy; if a person is healthy, then by our measure, they are fit. Our program understands that the needs of people differ in degree, not kind. Therefore, the movements we train and perform are easily SCALED to each individual's ability and fitness level IN ALL OF OUR CLASSES.
Core Fit is run for 30-45min. On most days, our training will be broken down into 3 segments: warm-up, mobility and our FFC. The FFC programmed for CORE Fit will be centered on Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina and Coordination, with lightweight strength movements.
ALL MOVEMENTS ARE FULLY SCALABLE TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
Core PerformX is run for one hour. This class consists of four segments: warm-ups, mobility, strength/skill, and finally the FFC. CORE PerformX picks up where CORE Fit left off, in addition to its own specific FFC with a higher level of intensity, CORE PerformX also incorporates strength training. Our strength programming will use Olympic and Power lifting movements to increase Strength, Power, Speed and Balance. We will concentrate on form. Then we will concentrate on consistently performing the movements with good form. Once an athlete has shown that they can consistently perform a movement with good form, we can then add the intensity. ALL MOVEMENTS ARE FULLY SCALABLE TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Already have a place you like to work out, but need a plan? We can help! Core One also has Individual workout program design. This option allows you to get a workout designed from us and you do it on your own. We’ll sit down and discuss each client’s fitness goals and the equipment availability. We’ll then design a program based on an individual’s goals and workout frequency.

CORE Sport focusses on building a solid foundation in basic weight lifting skills and body weight exercises. Allowing athletes to develop proper motor skills and movement patterns centered on core strength and flexibility.
CORE Sport can be done one on one all the up to whole teams. All movements and exercise are suitable for all sports and is beneficial for both girls and boys.
Breathe control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
